@Dan Jurkovic - depending on the level of privacy you need, I’d also consider a split level or house with in law suite and rent to other freshly graduated professionals.

Great jobs in the area and hiring a lot of fresh grads but not any new buildings going up so I'm doing well with my multi unit.
