What I plan to do is start off trying to mostly wholesale properties but ultimately would like to do fix and flips once I save enough money and can start to venture into these other areas (focusing more on wholesaling for now).If anyone can point me in the right direction of getting my first deal, I would really appreciate it.

Once you've done that, you can locate Joint venture partners that have experience in either and negotiate some sort of agreement where they present the deal, manage the work, and report back to you.
