I have studied and currently reading some of the books from BP but I haven't made my 1st move since I feel clueless on how to start and I don't have the resources neither.

I read that I can actually start my business without one but I want to confirm it and maybe get some guidance and tips since is going to be my first time.I'll appreciate any help and tips!!

In any case,  read up and understand all the laws that will apply in whatever jurisdiction you choose to invest in.

NJ/NY is not a cash flow investment market in most parts so you have to buy different than what you might read in most forums.

Also, be careful about podcasts.  

I would recommend you read "Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat" by David Greene. 

In his situation I dont care what spread sheet you show me.
