This is my 4th Section 8 tenant so things are going great but this one was a bit nuts.

The puritans came over because they didn't have representation in the old world, they took this land from people who were already living here sovereignly.I want to address this one issue as it drives me totally NUTS when I see this type of thing posted.

Perhaps a response needed to the nuts who began the demanding and obstruction tactics two years ago, not to get off in to politics, as we don't do that here.

However, I'm also not for allowing the nuts to run the asylum.

@Russell Brazil I have only done one of these deals but it was one of my most profitable deals.
