Its very cut and dry with something illegal.

I am considering providing a stackable W/D set in the rental (due to space considerations), instead of two separate units side by side on the floor.Years ago in an apartment I had a stackable W/D and the dryer took an eternity to dry the clothes (90 minutes to 2 hours if there were jeans in the load).

It needs work on restructuring 1/4 of the backyard and some cosmetic work inside the property. 3 car garages.Property B: Lot is 6,600 sq ft and the house is 2,500 sq ft. 4 bedrooms only with 3 bathrooms.

Many of the University people that one might want to rent to choose to live in super cheap "dry cabins".
