One of my sons had no problem pulling money for a new Apple MacBook.

But selling apples on the street comes to those who think things will always be the same.

Arguably the question is how much would it cost in personal time to work free leads, then compare apples to apples, unfortunately i do believe the cold calling free leads (FSBO's) would probably get you the most bang for your buck but which process can be fully automated.

Doesn't matter if your transaction is selling apples or houses or shopping malls, what is required will be: Land, Labor, Capital and Entrepreneurship!

We just bought a property with a very large barn packed with old equipment etc & a very old convertible looks 1920's era.

Issue with listsource is that the "Over the counter" accounts dont have some of the filters the corp accounts have so its a little apples and oranges.

My kids are in private school, I'm a single parent with a decent but not amazing income, and we're looking at college in 2-3 years and I'm afraid of upsetting the financial aid apple cart that's making their current schools possible.
