Hey Jason, it is funny how people have diffrent opinion about syndication here Personnally I invest via syndication for several years now and never had bad experinece out of it.I did 35+ full cycle and always making good money.Their is always risk in any investement and I think as an investor you need to choose carefully who you are working with and don't be shy to ask for SREO or any track record from those syndicator oout there.good luck investing

Hey everyone, I am currently house hacking a duplex and I am planning for my 20 year old HVAC to poop out soon.

BP helped me to establish myself as an investor and I decided to go all in and got WA Real Estate license. 

I also know the assets pretty darn well that the OP has bought and I am a firm believer with that class of asset getting them paid off is really the only way to get to the point were they think they are going to live on rental income..

We had discussed this before marriage and at some point we will also need a post nuptial agreement when she begins acquiring assets that will go to her sons (and I am totally encouraging about it!)

The owner lives a few hours away and is selling off most of her rentals but this one is too much for her to deal with any more being so far off and it being a lower class type community, she claimed the tenants are all loyal bill payers even through covid.

My husband and I are scheduled to go to Johnstown this weekend to walk thru 5 duplexes.
