(Winter storm wiped us out pretty bad this last week) 

I am trying to figure out if this is just winter being a slow time or me being priced too high... 

Though, I assume it being winter and COVID impacting the way people are moving around these days are playing big factors.

Planning to try to take down a $1mm+ fourplex in the fall/winter. 

You will appreciate the winters here much more since we get 300+ days of sunshine. 

I believe that the lag time between when the Tenant initiates the electronic rent payment and when the funds are available for use in my account can vary depending on when it is paid (because of bank holidays) and what electronic method is used to make the payment (i.e. 

There is also the reality that furnaces go out in the dead of winter and air conditioners go out in the dead of summer.

I told her i would let her off the lease as per her 60 days notice, but as i am currently out of the country, there is a pandemic, it is the middle of the winter and holidays, it may take me some time to find a replacement tenant and that it would may be longer than 60 days and that she would be responsible for the rent until i find a replacement tenant.

I know that winter months are slowest months to rent.

Its fire hazard specially during winter.
