We allow tenant put out their own containers of flowering plants, as the ladies like to plant a few annuals in the spring.

Only ever had to charge it once for a lady who was flushing baby wipes down the toilet and didn't want me to find out!

This was a lady whose husband had passed away, they lived out of state, and she wanted to sell the whole group.  

After viewing a few of them they definitely need some improvements, but even with rents where they had been they don't seem to yield anything worth wild.
