@Heather Ippolito  From just your description, of the two, I would probably prefer the latter since it is in a nicer neighborhood on a quiet street.One thing also to consider is the age of the houses and their systems e.g. roof, HVAC, etc.

Most of the people seems to be OK all the way until they decide to get a gun and start shooting people at the movie theaters.I had an applicant like that who was on disability (age 33) with a great credit.
