@Heather Ippolito  From just your description, of the two, I would probably prefer the latter since it is in a nicer neighborhood on a quiet street.One thing also to consider is the age of the houses and their systems e.g. roof, HVAC, etc.

What I have found is the people digging to make it to a loftier goal have deals lined up with aging investors who are looking to get out of the game.

Most of the people seems to be OK all the way until they decide to get a gun and start shooting people at the movie theaters.I had an applicant like that who was on disability (age 33) with a great credit.

Depending on the specific neighborhood (age of the house suggests you are close-in!)
