RayCPA in Round Rock guided me towards starting an S-Corp and were knowledgeable of real estate related tax filing

That’s if the borrower doesn’t file for a “stay” which is automatically granted for 60 days.

They show up with a local attorney in our state claiming the same thing they did before and sent a legal letter to our company claiming they have ownership and then filed an affidavit with our local country to state they have claim to the properties and block anyone else while at the same time claiming they still want to close BUT now they want an additional inspection.  

BTW, dont forgot to file your intent to sell notice soon. 

Is there way for me to file complaints to Real Estate commissioner?

File a claim against their Renters insurance.   

Right away....anyone can do....owner/buyer sign a deed, file it at the courthouse and away you go.Could be more complicated than that and take more time...for example if you want a new survey, title insurance, financing, inspections and more.But really as simple as the first line. 

I have an S corp that I've done absolutely nothing with other than file the correct paperwork.So my question is this - should I quit claim the rentals into the S corp?

@Alex Verdugo Whatever they call the office where mtgs/deeds/etc are filed....here it is the county Clerk Of Court.
