However, due to the uniqueness of the situation, I feel like I should take it as a learning experience and try to pursue and see what happens. 

Incredibly, the local Nationwide office has tasked the self-described "receptionist" with disclosing all the bad news and checking up to see if I've made the necessary improvements for staying with Nationwide and paying more for an entirely unexplained revaluation. 

Nationwide has, incredibly, tasked the receptionist in the local office with all direct communication about this and other really weighty matters.

I have unique circumstances since I live in a excellent area for real estate, own a successful home improvement company and have a good friend (my current landlord) who has had quite a few successful ventures and is encouraging/mentoring  me.

@Michael Hammond you've described the typical entity structure, however, I've found after working with all of my clients that every situation is unique and "typical" rarely makes sense.

I have recognized that, for me personally, the RE industry provides a unique blend of technical science, creativity, and ingenuity.Next fall, I'll be starting right back up with school again as I pursue a master's degree in Real Estate Development.

One other thing, there are several good markets which are unique in one way or another.

I've spent the last couple years now finding great sub for just about every task and try to keep them busy.  

Using colorful or unique style envelopes and different sized paper should provide higher response rates.
