@Brennan Utt Hi Brennan.I agree with @Jonathan Key The bath in your picture looks functional and it is a good feature to have a separate shower and tub in a wash room.

Just did a little research on the features.

She included that info as she described the property's features, which include a stocked fishing pond on the land and plenty game for hunting.She also detailed repairs that the house would need, which I've roughly estimated to be around $43K.

But honestly, even if you rarely attend their events, I think their membership benefits make up for the fees pretty well (and both have some pretty unique member benefits).REAPS is the largest nonprofit REI Club in the Northwest, but it also has a lot of guru sales pitch (although REAPS does a good job of knocking down their price tags).  

I think it will be unique to every deal which is why I wanted to contact owners with 100% as it opens up more options.

Very unique and tred on water type real estate stuff and yeah I was in way over my head with all this info on it.

Having worked in a bureaucracy where the managers don't give a rip about the future of the organization, only their own power and ability to control those below them, has given me a unique perspective on managers of all kinds.I could go on a long time about this nonsense but the thing I like is calling the shots and being responsible for what happens.
