A transfer to an LLC will trigger the clause and should therefore be avoided, even though banks are hesitant to ever foreclose as long as the note is being paid.

Also you will probably realize that until you get a decent size portfolio managing notes is like watching paint dry and you can have the servicer or a 3rd party company who specializes in borrower outreach do that for you for what will probably be cheaper than bringing someone on board.
