My dream property is a property I own in Costa Rica, which is a 2 bed/1 bath on 13,000 square feet of land within 60 seconds walk to a surfing beach, in a small beach town of 500 people, located 25 minutes drive from a larger beach down.I plan on building a surf shed to house surf boards, a large swimming pool, a bbq area, fruit trees throughout the property, install a streem with a small waterfall and fish, then tear down the existing house a couple years down the road and put in a 5 bed/6 bath house, use it for myself every 90 days, going there with family and friends, the rest of the time rent it out short term rental.   

It's not my cup of tea, but let's face it: there are slum tenants who need slum lords or they will be homeless. 

I have a coffee maker / Keurig and provide instant coffee, tea, and different flavored sweeteners that I get from Marshalls or TJ Max. 

My friends and I have been going to Joshua Tree/29 Palms for years as an escape from city.My idea is to buy a parcel w/ views, and have a cool prefab home (http://www.weehouse.com/projects/) built or rather assembled on the land and rented through Airbnb. 

I also had an irrigation system put in when I first bought the house, on a timer, so the tenants don’t have to remember to water the plants and trees  Renters will never take care of the yard well on their own. 

The trees range from 7" to 30" diameter and are largely all douglas fir.

I'm a licensed agent and this is totally my cup of tea. 

I had a tree fall on my property during a storm, I made a claim to the tune of 10k and boy does that follow me around.

I get it why - you have no intention of closing (and probably aren't able to) - but now you’re talking like you’re REPRESENTING the Seller and barking up the ‘practicing real estate without a license’ tree.
