I prefer the Kansas side but it is because I know it well and I feel the the properties move faster but I guess it depends on if your flipping or renting.

There's no reason for anyone to grow up and invest, they can choose shopping centers and apartments right now.I have asked many investors what type of real estate crowdfunds they prefer, and have read many articles and posts about crowdfunding.

I have noticed the same with triplexes (not a bad thing, I know) but I would prefer to pay my mortgage down along side others that would love to help me pay it down by occupying the space itself.Should anyone have advice on a way to get my foot in the door regarding duplexes, please let me know.
