It doesn't matter if you get 50 calls if you're not able to call them all back in a reasonable amount of time (within 24 hours, but preferably right away..like within 15 minutes.).

I prefer the Kansas side but it is because I know it well and I feel the the properties move faster but I guess it depends on if your flipping or renting.

There's no reason for anyone to grow up and invest, they can choose shopping centers and apartments right now.I have asked many investors what type of real estate crowdfunds they prefer, and have read many articles and posts about crowdfunding.

I have noticed the same with triplexes (not a bad thing, I know) but I would prefer to pay my mortgage down along side others that would love to help me pay it down by occupying the space itself.Should anyone have advice on a way to get my foot in the door regarding duplexes, please let me know.

I have plenty of equity in all of my properties and I would prefer to use that rather than pay the taxes by selling them at this point.

I do prefer this product to an FHA though as it will not have permanent PMI attatched to the loan like FHA does now.
