I've read some bad turn key stories as well as good, so remaining objective is my main criteria.

The reason I wanted to is because of the stories I heard of how much money people were losing to "cherry master" machines.

There is a rare occasion you will run across a "professional tenant" that knows how to game the system but for the most part you will find tenants that will put up a fight in the beginning and probably get bad advice from friends and when you get to court they have nothing to say except to plead to the judge for a few more weeks and they have all kinds of sob stories and then they have no choice but to move on to the next apartment. 

My short story: I had my first ever "Vacancy" and successfully filled it in one week!

If you're thinking about a 50 room best western/holiday inn, I would imagine its a completely different story.

Its given me great tools and confidence to further those people skills :)I hit my head last night and got a concussion, so I forget what Josh's post Said to address and not in these intro's.. and I'm in mobile so I don't care to check again.. but I hope I covered everything and didn't go overboard with the life story!
