And I think I've got a pretty decent knowledge now by not even spending 1/10 of the price.I dropped out of school recently due to personal reasons which overall gives me quite a lot of time to spend, and therefore a lot of time to "find myself", read or just whatever I want to do, that doesn't require money ;)I am not gonna want to spend the rest of my life watching tv-series.

If not, they can claim "fraud"...and good luck from there.This is a clear case of why you need asset protection and why you should do rehabbing under an LLC (or better, a Series-LLC) that you put in preservation after the sell.I'm not a lawyer, nor CPA, so take this with due diligence, but I hope it helps.
