I know that partnerships are a way to scale faster, but they also carry a certain amount of risk. 

No way to scale with no money.  

Some residual cash (prefer not to use any more of my own money or at least minimal), trying to scale up .

Lot's of restaurant operators are stuck working in the business instead of on it unless they achieve scale with lots of properties.

They will be scaled up slowly as each tenant moves out.

I think you'd really need to scale up beyond my means to make it worthwhile. 

It might surprise people to learn that many large scale commercial loans don’t even pay down principal at all, they are interest only notes that have to be refinanced or renewed and investors still use those loans to make millions and millions of dollars!

I’m considering a mentor who wants 5k but not sure if a mentor will help scale my real estate business or it’s possible doing it blindly on my own.
