What does a small scale investor owner have to do to move to this level of a purchase?

Given the house prices in MA, I don't see myself scaling too much, not very fast at least.

I assume you had that manufactured locally? 

I want to buy a double wide manufactured home  to put on the property,and put some needed improvements , I would like to know what kind of loan I'd be looking at ....I want to get around 100,000 to pay for home and all improvements.  

That will get you a tare off with disposal and what the manufactures consider a lifetime shingle.    

The motivation on the seller part is there - I'd rate this as a warm on a scale of cold/warm/hot. 

Searching the IRS website for the non profit forms…Remember we can “scale” the business (I mean the church) to one in every city with a population over 10,000 people.Imagine the possibilities!

As the graphic notes there was a period when house prices fell because manufacturing techniques improved enough to drive down prices independent of what land values might have been doing.I wonder how much of the recent noise in house prices relates to better information flow given the Internet.

Well, potentially manufacturer defects, staples or drywall screws penetrating a wire, or even someone as I said before,who doesnt have ANY experience not accommodating a load properly.
