Welcome to BP Nathan.Anyone looking at Podcast #70, needs to search the forums as that podcast is full of old bad methods and illegal aspects.

I like the theatrical aspect of it.  

The heat pump works fine but is at least 20 if not 25 years old, the house also has some big trees too close to the house where big branch's have already fallen off the tree and have done damage to the roof in the past (I can tell by the patched shingles). 

Example 1: A loan above a consumer usury rate of interest, with a 1 year balloon payment at interest only payments monthly, secured by a pledge of income from other business operations or sources of income and with a pledge of life insurance being required can be acceptable in a commercial loan transaction, all of these aspects are predatory to a consumer.Example 2.

One problem is, rather than replacing the rotted metal roof with another metal roof, the previous owner just boarded off the built-in gutters and put asphalt shingle roof on.

State regulators request public comment on all aspects of the proposed standards.

The property was built in 1999, but the seller has said they have completed remodeling each unit, some newer water heaters & appliances have been replaced, believes the roof is original along with other systems.  

Is that for a pergola or roof?

Not sure if this is the same house, but the roof has seen better days.

We also like the middle keys and haven't looked too much in Key West,  the transient license and I think some tax aspects make it less attractive financially.
