I am new to landlording, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for an automatic whole house water shut-off valve that I could put in my rentals.

My fiancé works in Newport (restaurant industry) therefor we wanted to buy something where she could be closer to work, enjoy the summer, and make some passive income.

That's kind of like the resort fees now at hotels, many of which are not even resorts.Lenders charge all kinds of fees.Car repair charges shop fees or waste disposal fee.Airlines charging luggage fee.Countries charging entry or exit tax.Some restaurants have automatic gratuity now.Cleaning fee on AirBnB.I've seen some businesses the last year implement some kind of Covid-19 surcharge.Fuel surcharge on taxis.Now real estate agents getting in the fee game.

Tell the architect to keep his mouth shut, others can "figure it out" on how to build a bridge.

(which seems competitive in this area being just walking distance to shopping centers, groceries, restaurants, and gyms.

They will handle returning it and they will shut off any future mail to that individual.

A kid size swimming pool in the summer after a long pandemic shut-in seems like a reasonable and expected event.  

Good quality and nicer restaurants nearby that will draw higher quality tenants?
