Currently I reside in NY but will be locating to Oregon within the next 12 months. 

Investment Info:Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

This includes Tyndall AFB, as many of the closest neighborhoods to the base were devastated and will need to be rebuilt as long term residents decide to leave the area.  

I`d Like to hear what fellow Ontario residents think are the next good cities and regions to invest in. 

To give you some background, my experience with mortgages in my lifetime is limited to 3 transactions (conventional) related to my past and present personal residences, as well as 1 refinance.

@Olu OwasanoyeIf you are buying this property as a primary residence, I cannot make this any clearer...YOU WILL NOT GET CONVENTIONAL or FHA or VA FINANCING IN A LLC. 

I would work with my attorney and (possibly) my CPA to design a better solution. 

We will discuss this internally and come up with a better solution.
