Does anyone have a good resource for mining recent Seller carry Back Note transactions.

Denise can I sell a tax deed property that I have been in control of for more then 8 years if  take a down payment and carry the note on the property?

I know they carry forms in Spanish but I can't find them on their new website. 

Best way to do it Adam is buy acreage and then subdivide and either sell for cash or carry the payment.

If it is something they could not have known, it carries more weight than a "wish list".

I have seen a lot of people in this business carry their greed to the point of stupidity. 

If you don't water here the most you have to mow is 1-2 times in the spring and 1 or 2 times the remaining portion of the summer.Usually the most effective clauses are ones that carry a stick (landlord will perform and charge tenant cost of $XXX if Y is not done) and a specific measurable requirement (tenant shall perform x each week).

So essentially I could start the pre approval processes now for the Refi and maybe only have carry the HML for a month or so? 

Just think through the carrying costs on a piece of vacant land after your buy it.  

@Matt Hoiles getting your GC license in TN requires quite a few hoops - 3 years of experience, passing an annoyingly hard test, and carrying things like worker's comp insurance.
