Hey everyone, I am looking for lending style advice or a lending contact anyone may have for this deal I found in the North Texas area.

I tried to sell this townhome when I first moved up north, and used a co-worker at the hospital I was working at who was completely horrible, was a realtor as a side hustle and had no idea about the market temp, and listed my townhome waaaay above where it should have been which resulted in it sitting on the market forever.

I’d start in or around north of hwy 90, south of 410/ Woodlawn area.

My interests are rental property investing in LTRs/MTRs/STRs, student housing and Section 8, SFHs and small MFHs, FHA househacking locally in Pennsylvania, and OOS investing in the Midwest/South/Sunbelt, particularly Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, or North Carolina.
