I have my first prospect on a nice 3bd single family home owner is asking 86,500 for it..great looking property and lots of land... huge back yard. other houses in the area are going for 95k I know this could be a good investment..i'm sure i can get her down to 80k and possibly 78k.

See if they compare to your home and if they do than you have yourself a “comp” (Comparable). 2) Sometimes a Real Estate Agent is nice and will comp your home using his/her Multiple Listing Service (MLS) so you may want to call the person whom helped you buy the home.

I filled up for $.30 less at the same station than a week ago.even $.30 a week would be nice :)I still don't think oil prices are done, but we shall see.....

Other than the railroad tracks, and a few dumpy houses on either side of the park itself, the setting is nice, green, big trees and has a pleasant feel - not a lot of trash and junk.
