If you need more guidance when it comes to moving the homes and what's involved, you may want to talk to a few local mobile home dealerships.

What I have heard is the following:1) Banks willing to extend loans with the existing owner, hoping they can hold on until NOI goes up or interest rates come down2) Banks knowing a property is coming back so reaching out to a local broker to find a buyer with a pocket listing.

You need to check the local laws/ordinances in your municipality first.

I'm curious if it was an email address with the landlord's name (which clearly suggests you were being misled) or something like fluffybunny?

I am house hacking my 1st SFH rn and none of them have rental insurance but I do manage the utilities because I live with them so I ask them for their part of the bills/utilities...I will probably take my name off the utilities once I move out and make the primary tenant get the water/electric in their name...
