Who are some good brokers you guys recommend for metro atl multi-family real estate?

My main goal is to generate monthly income through buying and holding multi family units.

Calling all experienced Syndicators here.For Foreign Multi Family Investors, how can they tell the difference between a C property and a D one, just by looking at pictures on Loopnet?

This includes Public Housing Agencies and Multi-Family owners.

They're all systems and processes though good at communication.

I have searched for over a year for single family or multi-family properties.  

I was thinking about asking the seller to put in a mitigation system but I feel like he may not feel obligated to do so.  

I am especially looking forward to some help in figuring out if there is anyway for us to invest in multi unit properties in our area or within an acceptable range that would provide a decent cash flow stream that might make putting up with the job for a while longer  worth it.
