Can anyone recommend a reliable property manager that services North DFW?

My bank is about 1/3 mile from my house so deposit is not a problem.

@Joshua Jones - We could help if you were a little further north in Chicago.I'd suggest plugging in a couple more cities that are nearby to see if those keywords get the attention of other investors in your area that might have some good contractors.

@Allen WuI live a couple miles from Shaenfield Place and drive by the area most days on my commute. 

The area is good; 4 miles from a large mall, 3 miles from the local growing community college, and about 8 miles from downtown with is undergoing revitalization and is definitely growing.Just looking at the report, my numbers do not work right now at that purchase price, but getting the rents up even into the 700~750 range would make this work.What do you all think?
