We live in a social media world so you know never know what's really going on.

In my previous corporate position, I have never really had a need for facebook and social media.

Is it against the rules to find the owner's contact information through white pages or social media and contact them directly?

I try really to vet people and check social media (which has saved me MANY times prior), but sometimes they move in and play the ESA card.

This is a two bedroom unit with the second bedroom on the third floor. bedroom 1 is done now for the living room. all the floors are glued and then screwed to prevent and squeaking and movement. just as a reminder this is a where it started to where it has come. it might look similar in the before and after but the big changes are a good size useable closet in the master bedroom 100% new electrical with at least 6 outlets per room.

I started doing assistant work like monitoring his social media sites, responding to inquiries on listings that he had and eventually, I became better at office tasks and started to learn a lot about social media marketing( which I was always interested in and have a background in).

Ideally I would like to find something with a long shelf life, perhaps one that runs only during a guest stay or can be remote controlled by electrical outlet that I can integrate with the automated lights and door locks I have on place now.
