Lessons learned?

A lesson for me was discovering that once an agent forwards a property's application to carriers, other agents are occasionally blocked from submitting that same property.

I have not studied to much about real estate, I have read the Ultimate Beginners Guide by Bigger Pockets, side course with 6 lessons and about 10+ articles from bigger pockets so I have the general understand of everything.

I thought maybe the landlords knew something I didn't.Thanks everyone, I think I'll learn my lesson and stay clear of condos.

Future "lessons" on rehab costs are $250-300/line item bid.

He has some great easy to follow lessons & videos on his site.

Lesson learned.

It is a step by step video course of 100+ lessons that I have comprised over the past 3 years showing everything I believe a person needs to get started safely and continue to invest safely with regards to MHI.

Perhaps the lesson to be learned here is that an investment property with a weird floor plan will have a tougher time renting than a property with a more standard floor plan.
