So the question is … Is there anyone familiar with finding foreclosure leads in the newspaper?

@James Jones what are you doing to generate leads in those markets? 

I'm also in the process of getting my real estate licenses online. so I kinda have and idea of what I want just need some help getting there. 

There are deals out there, but from a wholesaler stand point you need to be creative in digging up your leads.

@David S.The best way to is to constantly network with brokers and search through listings online. 

I did some digging online and found a Use permit completed and appears to be approved...

I know many sell Purchase Agreements online as well.
