It is important to continue to do research, connect with experts on BP, and what I have found the most helpful is to go to local real estate meetups.

I would love to connect with someone experienced in long-term rentals.

If they got a nice cushion of savings say like 10-20k, I would probably accept them as tenants assuming all the other ducks are in a row and if they are willing to put first, last and security down (if legal in your county/state).

And it comes from knowing who your asset best connects with as a housing solution, that also works for us as a tenant solution.
