@Jonas DeVita - I'm laughing because I did a search based on your recommendation and was able to cobble together six pieces of contact information from six different websites about your guy in Garwood. 

Most states include things like abandoning a job, requiring certain information on contracts like license numbers, estimated time to start and complete, description of the job, etc.

You should have him fill out an information sheet and get a photo of his license either way.  

There is great information on BP that is very valuable to real estate investors.  

Exactly same requirement as @Frank Squireif the tenant changes position during the lease, we will ask for updated information at Renewal as well.
