As you grow you add staff and try to hire yourself out of a job 

.- If you're going with a multiple staff company as opposed to a one-person shop, and they provide both bookkeeping and taxes - you eliminate the disconnect problem.

Syndicators that have multiple layers on their accounting staff (read generally larger companies) will provide some protection, as well.  

The ad hoc services can be a valuable service if you have such a large fund / project and only a single accountant / CFO on staff.

It is normal to be sold off market in order to not disrupt the residents or the staff.

@Simone Koga In addition to the support staff you have have already identified (with house cleaners being the most important) Have spare items available like sheets towels etc that the cleaners can access if something is damaged.I use a simple lockbox as there is less risk it will have a fault but other people have used wifi enabled locks where they can change the codes easily.
