I'm not looking to finance beyond the cash I put into it, but an ideal scenario would be to finance out 100% of that money back out or as close to as the deal allows.

So selling the house would give us capital to move to Houston, Tx and we would ideally purchase a house to live in with my parents and a rental property as well.Rent: Rents for a home in our area range from $2200-$2500 and our monthly mortgage is $1450. 

Ideally waterfront if I can get the right deal. 

I’m still trying to figure that out but ideally I’m hoping that adding a supply vent to the medium sized bedroom and another supply or return vent to the living room would do the trick.

Also, at one point I was intimidated but this guy, as I know people with his kind of money do usually get what they want, as they can just stroke a check and things get done, legal or not.
