Definitely not an ideal situation...

I deal with new development condo's in downtown San Antonio and it is a very unique and interesting real estate model.

Ideally we can keep it in the LLC even while its being sold/refinanced.

I guess I'm trying to find a good option to take money out of the investment property without having to wait 1 year, to grow my portfolio more quickly, ideally.  

I simply told him e had a problem and they took over. 

Having a tenant in place isn't ideal but even if you could make the bare minimum of $5k or something that is still a win, especially if it's your first wholesale deal. 

I'm originally from Utah, and I feel that because I'm the most familiar with that area, that purchasing a property there first would be ideal.

Flipping houses seems ideal since I worked in home improvements for 5 years, including owning a construction company as a general contractor at one point.I never initially invested in a multifamily because, in my area, they are all in bad areas.
