1. 48224 zip code - this East side area is all real close to Grosse Pointe, and the homes can be bought right now for a good price and as the area continues to develop the value of your investment is just going to keep going up.2. 48221 zip code - this would be the best area on the west side with neighborhoods like Bagley, University District, and Sherwood Forest.
