@Srinivas Bondada - When first starting out, I highly recommend investing in somewhere close that you can check up on if needed.

The first property is a condo, and my wife and I own 90% of it, and my brother-in-law owns 10%.

I’m looking to buy my first rental property and would love to buy a single family home and rent it out by the room.

It’s listed for sale on all the home sites(Trulia, har, Zillow etc) If anyone has time to go take a look at it and based off what you see in the pictures and give me thoughts and what they think something like that could be built for.
