I would amagine you cant get a million dollar commercial property for a 50 dollar earnest money deposit.

You can send them to tote and fetch, look at properties for you, run figures, do the mail, manage appointments, etc.

What's more, the good RE agents are doing big commercial deals, working for home builders, doing million-dollar plus listings, etc.
