If the matter is a function of missed payments then an extension of the number of missed payments should produce the original plan of paying to zero in X number of payments.

We now pay for a pretty extensive online tracking system but we get about 200 leads per month so we need it.Square envelopes get opened more because they look like invitations, especially with hand written addresses and a real stamp.First class stamps get opened more than bulk mail.

I see NMD as a way to acquire not only considerable amount of pocket change, but also an extensive amount of knowledge & experience in RE which could later be utilized to build your portfolio and accumulate cash flowing properties you can hold.
