It is not a major money maker it that the utilities(propane) insurance and taxes are not cheap, but I usually make about a 6 % return on my cash invested and use it as much as we can get there.

@Jerry W. lol @ getting mad because someone else makes a buck :) There seems to be quite a few suggestions on here that property owner try to get in on action but that business model exposes owner to a different set of risk... insurance company will also want to alter policy to reflect that... is there any market data suggesting the vacancy rates with that model is lower than say hotel vacancy rates?

There are exceptions, of course.An important point about insurance vs. liability isolation: once a lawsuit is filed and the discovery process begins, your ENTIRE ESTATE becomes exposed and at risk, including your savings accounts and other assets of value.

I use 1" air gun finish nails in the end cap build ups, contact cement on the end caps, and polyurethane the sink cuts and the exposed edge where the dishwasher is.
