There are several turnkey providers in town or investor friendly agents like myself.

I actually got my real estate license partially for something to do and I enjoy the work (maybe because I have other sources of income from my rentals and dividend stocks that more than cover my living expenses, so I’m not desperate for every commission like some agents are.

You probably had an experienced driver go with you for quite awhile before you drove solo.

Hello Every,I am currently in the process of buying a property and was told by the selling agent that the current tenant has violated their current lease by having pets and not putting down a deposit.

It's usually 6 months if you are using an agent, but 3 months should be enough time to get it done.

I got a RE agent (referred by the lender) but she doesn’t seem Knowledgeable at all.

I think for most agents LLC doesn't probably make sense.
