You can also do a reverse engineering on BP: search for local RE investor for your area of interest and reach out to them and ask which PM companies are they using.

@Brandi Baker Most use inspections here, but my beef is 1) that they are not bonded/insured against missing something and 2) they just say, “consult an engineer, roofer, electrician, etc.
