I have been employed in the oil and gas industry for the past 15 years and I'm currently stationed and writing from Angola, West Africa, and I feel like now is the right time to transition to REI.I have tried to educate myself as much as possible for the past couple of years on everything REI (fix n flip, fix n rent, wholesaling etc..)and continue doing so today.I have never done a flip before and I am hoping to network and meet someone locally that is willing to Partner/Mentor with me for my first flip.

Traffic also seems to change throughout the month and week.Posting on a Thursday seems to work well for the full-time employed gearing up for a house hunt over the weekend.

Hello, I, Renski Davis-Buckley, have recently relocated to Spring, TX (Houston, The Woodlands, Conroe) and a currently searching for employment in the area.

It is a townhouse, it is in a reasonable area near a hospital, which is a major employer, but it is more of a working area than a ritzy area.

Look for some type of industry to keep people employed.

Somebody would always yank my chain (an employer)2.

Instead I look for stability in employment, credit, no criminal background and so on.
