@Lars Thurfjell I would keep an eye on the HELOC part since mortgage rates are probably going to go up very soon.

These will enable you to obtain personal references from others and meet potential lenders eye-to-eye.

Don't get me wrong, the flooring went down fairly easy and it looked decent to the untrained eye, but I saw every imperfection and misstep that I made in laying it.

It has so many uses from being able to show your work to everyone on the internet while keeping an eye on all the people working on your home, which looks fantastic by the way.
