After listening to David Greene talk about this, I really have no preference for local or long distance - the point that he made about how local might not actually be an advantage to an investor really resonated with me.

👈I’ve found that meeting individuals to inspect properties tend to go fine as long as you follow the guidelines, wear your mask and keep a safe distance an when in close contact carry hands sanitizer an use it, I find you can do most the discussing on the phone or by zoom so when your at the property it’s in an out.
