I am kicking off my real estate wholesaling venture and just found out (thanks to some nice forum members) that Mississippi is a non-disclosure states.

Is there any source to get comps pulled from MLS data in Texas and other non-disclosure states?

Usually that involves seeing what other property sold for in the area that are similar to mine.My wife and I are preparing to move to Texas, which is a non-disclosure state.

We have one rental (only because we bought right before the '08 crash at the height of the market), and I'm learning about land investment (and, full disclosure, I work for a land investment company).

In full disclosure, I am also a licensed Managing Broker and own a Real Estate and Property Management Company.  

Since these disclosures are private, and not part of the public record, it does not violate the anonymity you’re seeking.I would recommend having a good insurance policy AND the LLC.

We also have a new flood disclosure form to include with all rentals in Texas.Another thing you can do today is identify a great lawyer who can help you write a great lease.

Also, if he's working both sides of the transaction, in CO that has to be done via Transaction Brokerage which often times requires additional paperwork and disclosures depending on how the initial listing agreement reads (top of first page -- Seller Agency vs.
