The wealth of knowledge I’ve gain from them and the forums is immense, and yesterday I made the leap and contacted the realtors on a couple local properties (Clovis, NM) that caught my eye (both single and multi-family).

If HUD cared about the details they would have included discharge from military service within a year, or within 6 months, or made stipulations about getting orders etc etc.

I actually was going to bid on another property, a few bidders had their eye on it, so it went beyond what I wanted to pay.

Looking to know every single detail about syndications and apartment rentals. 

It is about being out in the neighborhood and keeping your eyes and ears peeled. 

Travelers pay attention to the details and will rent what gives them the most bang for the buck.
