Hi all,I have had a death in the family and will be inheriting a 2 bed 2 bath townhome. 

I'm considering buying a 1 bed/1 bath condo.  

Cash Price of $99,000, seller fiance of 10k down, 625/month payment for 30 years. 5 bed 2 bath.

A key point to note, is that when you leave your current FHA home (we call this a "departing primary residence," in the lending world is that you'll be able to use rental income offset so long as you have long term leases for your home (whether its 1 lease or rent by the bed room long term leases, I've used both with FHA or conventional). 

Living room (fl 2) has one supply and one return vent, medium sized bed room (fl 3) has one supply vent that isn't pushing as much hot air as other supply vents. 

My situation:I am looking to buy a 2 or 3 bed condo or townhouse in which I will live in and have tenants.

He parked a stake bed truck in the driveway and I made 5 truckloads worth of trash.

Purchase price: $155,000 Cash invested: $5,000House was built in 1954. 3 bed/1 bath, 900 sq. feet.

The economy has already lost 5+ million jobs (or 3+% impact on the unemployment rate) to mass early retirement, added deaths, lack of immigration, and excessive levels of disability...and the fed is trying to drive more lost jobs.
